My Story
I'm Renée, an Australian–British dual citizen who has navigated the challenges and joys of life abroad for twenty-five years. My professional journey began over two decades ago, rooted in a deep passion for nurturing others. After starting as a teacher, I transitioned into impactful leadership roles as a Child Protection Lead and Inclusive Education Coordinator and then a School Counsellor. In these positions, I was honoured to lead professional development sessions for both staff and parents, fostering a communal understanding of safety and advocacy. This foundation naturally paved the way for my transition into life as a mental health therapist. Today, I support every facet of my clients’ clinical, social, and emotional needs with a holistic and heart-led approach. My background in safeguarding and education forms the bedrock of my practice, allowing me to provide a unique depth of care. Whether through my history in schools, private practice or my current private therapy sessions, I offer a soft place to land. My mission is to provide a deeply caring, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and held as we navigate your wellbeing together in a setting built on trust, empowerment, and a seasoned understanding of the human experience.
